Is there or has there ever been a Logan Martin Home Owners & Boat Owners Association?

Just wondering. I know Lake Martin has just started or has re-kindled one. Not that I see a need or anything. Just curious. I've never been a member of any neighborhood association. I don't think I've ever lived anywhere where there was one. But I seem to recall, when I was looking for my house, that there was a hobo's but I haven't seen or heard anything about it in over a year.
