Here’s the perfect answer….Re-institute that good ole idea…POLL TAX.  Just for dimokrap voters…$1,000 per voter, per election….proceeds paid directly as reparations to those terribly needy ex-slaves.  Want to avoid the poll tax….vote Republican!!
