Subject:   Gentlemen, start your grills

I have a brisket, four chickens and a small (3 rib) rack of beef ribs on the smoker already. The brisket should be done around midnight and the chickens and ribs done around 9 tonight. Temps aren't too bad up here, 86* today and tomorrow, low 90's for the rest of the weekend.
