Personally I like Lenco tabs for the type boat you are describing. I believe them to be better quality, they are way faster, and involve less on the install being they are electric. Also offer an auto retract feature that pulls the tabs up every time the key is turned off, so forklifts or loading on your trailer cant cause any damage.
As far as auto tabs, I have no dealings with, but I like things manual and it would take you no time to learn how to use them, then you would have total control over what you are trying to do, instead of something doing it for you. Just a thought!
