Pretty regularly we are asked to feed the college students from our campus ministry. This past weekend we fed about 120 two meals at an event in Panama City Beach. Our go-to foods are a pasta bake, one version with regular spaghetti sauce, ground beef and pepperoni, and one alfreda spinich for the vegeterian and those allergic to tomatoes. The other is a taco/burrito/taco salad meal. We do most of the cooking at home before, freeze, and then reheat when we get on-site. We purchase the fresh items and breads once we arrive at the event. The students are always grateful and eat LOTS of food. We are looking for something else that is economical, transportable, and not hard to heat or serve. What do you suggest?
