the WH is now saying that the deal they cut with the Russian was for Brittany Grinern AND Paul Whelan, but they only brought Gainer to the meet up and left Whelan behind, so they just got Gaine in exchange for the arms dealer.  

I don't believe it.  In retrospect, Biden took a lot of heat for just getting Grinerr released and leaving a former Marine behind.  I think the WH is making this cover story up.  Biden only cared about Griner because she was part of two of his bases and he was under a lot of pressure to get her released.  He took whatever deal Russia was offering.  

Just more disgusting political play from Biden and his handlers.
