I saw E.Jean on one of the morning shows today.  She was positively gloating.  This is my problem with her story - first of all, for years she wrote a sex and relationshiop column in one of the magazines.  So she runs into Trump, who she doesn't know, in an upscale department store and agrees to try lingerie on for him.  He's in the dressing room while she does this.  She did not yell or try to get help while this was goign on.  She says she was raped.  She doesn't remember the date, she continues to shop at that store, and 30 years later, she decides to put this in a book she is writing.  She claims in court that she didn't try to get help, because women like her don't.  But apparently people like her write sex columns, claim she can dine out on her story about Trump.  A couple of her girlfriends claim that yes, she told them all about it at the time.  

So she claims he defamed her, when he said that she wasn't his type and that he doesn't know who she is.  She has been fired from writing her column.  She's 79 years old.  

Cannot believe that anyone would think that Trump could get a fair trial in NYC.  He didn't do a good job with his deposition  - in fact, it appeared to me that he wasn't taking it seriously.  But then, that is Trump.  

He'll appeal, hopefully outside of NYC.  She won't see a dime.  But she'll have something to "dine out on" for a while.
