I was just listening to a lawyer taking apart the Justice Department for those pictures of boxes.  I believe there are 121 documents in question, and yet they show rooms full of boxes. Surely all those boxes did not contain classified material that was a threat to national security.  While I believe that classified documents should not be removed or retained by anyone witout a need to know, I really think they are pushing the envelope with this indictment.
