I think he is becoming clinically insane from dementia.  How else can you explain someone that tells awful lies at the worst possible time and to the worst possible people?  He has lost his mind and it gets worse every day.  Did you see the end of his speech in Vietnam?  He is being controlled by his staff and they know he has lost his mind and it's gotten so bad that they can no longer prevent us from seeing it despite the media doing everything in their power to cover it up......just like they're covering up the Biden crime family corruption.
