Check out the June 2012 Consumer Report's "Meat-on-Drugs" report. I checked out the report and you Sam's shoppers will be dissappointed. Piggly Wiggly and Foodland were not listed so you'll have to ask or avoid.
 
There was a clip on Fox News this morning about antibiotics and other drugs in our meat supply. Did you know they keep chickens awake so they have faster weight gains....coffee grounds in feed? The antibiotics are causing resistance problems in humans right now.
