Just a friendly reminder, if your boat has been sitting unused in the water for the past month or so check for snakes and be careful.

Happened to me today and I was not careful (reason for post). Snake liked my pontoon, but glad I show him before he saw me and yes he was inside the boat and the cover was on the boat.

SO BE CAREFUL !!!!! As snakes are looking for a nice warm area to sun now that the days / nights have begun to cool.

Just get NCII to help you clear your boat of any unwanted critters. Might want to have a TIG welder and a bunch of epoxy handy before you do though...

My son stumbled on a moccasin coiled around the tilt/trim rods on an outboard, while the boat was sitting on a concrete ramp, out of water. Glad he wasn't reaching for the plug.
