Friend sitting at the end of Tee Rd in Elmore County said moderate wind, some lightning, and steady rain. Nothing he would consider to be damaging.

The Oakachoy Creek area is A-OK. We had a little heavy lightning but not much else. This is as of 10:35 PM. There is a siren going off faintly somewhere East of here.
The radar shows another band of bad weather still headed in this direction, but the biggest threat seems to of passed. Power and Cable are still working.

We are at the mouth of the Narrows and new it would be a "near miss". Very glad things died down and hope the next, and final line will be tolerable as well.

at this point, i can only report from the lake. this storm a little more intense than the first, more wind lightening and rain, but still nothing i would consider damaging. i am going to give it about 15 more minutes and i will ride up coosa 2 into equality. will report when i get back home.
