Thanks GF. Business has been mediocre again this year although with some targeted layoffs we have been able to stay in the black so far. Am looking forward to things improving after 2012. ;-) Earl

Can I also leave the loan and insurance payments or would you prefer I just take care of those so you can really enjoy the boat? :-) Actually as PikeSki's neighbor said it best, do you really want a Neighbor-Hater boat in your slip? LOL After years of driving a 26' deck boat the Malibu has been really nice. Bought it used but only with 140 hours and in great shape. Want to keep it that way as much as possible which is why the carport.

It is actually a nice boat house with a lift.. Big water across from 'big sandy'.

However if it 's not free, I'm not nterested.
