I do not believe they are furnished, but Bolton Cove is listing their new homes for rent. There are only three or four of them and in the Parker Creek area of the Lake. It is located toward the end of Coosa County 20 off 259 between Alex City and Equality. There are signs at the location, and you can not miss it.

Hello, We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath home on the closed golf course....not far from the Marina, Swim pool, and tennis courts. Would love to sell it, but renting is an option....1500.00/month.
