I took a dip in the lake the weekend before last, and agree about the differences in location. At my feet, the water was "cool", about three feet higher it was "cold" - hope that helps..

Saturday the Gps/Fish finder read 64.7 deg.

Last weekend our Humminbird/GPS said 68 in the big water by Wind Creek and 72 in the slues.
