Why is the water level going down when Allatoona, and Martin are at full pool and Weiss is going down? Weiss never seems to never get the water.

You are absolutely right and it's frustrating to say the least. Maybe we need to find some rare, endangered speckle face fish or something in Weiss that requires full pool to survive. Seems that's the only way to get anything done now days.
