No, I did not set my deck on fire, yet! I have plans to increase the size of the deck and want to add something of a fire pit/chimnea/whatever. Being a wood deck I know there is some danger with this. I need help to think of what to buy/build and how to make it safe. Anyone have fire on a wood deck? Ideas?

Most folks would use a chiminea... and there's a special pan you can buy which goes underneath it.

I've seen some innovative things done by friends....call me and I can give you some ideas.
