Some friends want to come visit and are asking if they will be able to launch a boat dec 27-29. I have a particular interest in Paces Point Ramp or anything nearby. I know it was extended, but the most reliable information I can find is that someone was able to launch when the level was a little under 484. but that was a thread from 2007

Is there hope of launching with the water at the current level? Are there any reliable year round ramps?

Kowaliga was extened in the draught of 07 and I have had no trouble launching at Alex City ramp under normal winter levels with a 20ft Bow Rider.

I could be wrong but I think the public ramp just up the road from Pleasure Point is usable year round.

Pace's Point boat ramp is usable year round.
