Where is Sand Bay?

Was just reading on another forum that striper fishing is good in Sand Bay but I don't know where that is. Can someone help me with my geography challenge and comment on the availability of stripers in this particular location?
Since I live in Florida and can only manage one or two trips per year to Martin, it helps to know where I am going so I don't waste a lot of time runnin' & gunnin' when I get there.

I am not a long time resident but know Lake Martin pretty well.. have not heard of Sand Bay. There is a Sand Island near Willow Point area and Sandy Creek (Smith Mtn area) where we live. Maybe it's an area on Sandy Creek???
