I need an economical boat carport. Is there anyone around who installs them or would build one reasonably. I am looking for about 18x31x8.5 minimum. Closed side walls and one end. I understand they are around $2k installed.

If you travel Hwy 231 between Montgomery & Wetumpka, there's a dealer on the SW side of the Tallapoosa River Bridge. They installed one for me on a double boat dock. It's been severakl years, but I think mine was 25 x 20. It took a couple of months th get it fabricated and a crew to bring it from N. Georgia. You may want to check with Alabama Steel Supply in Montgomery. They fabricate all kinds of metal buildings and pole barns.
