Long time luker, first time poster: Looking to make a permanent move to the Lake. Is there any feedback, pro or cons, to the condo life around the lake? We are looking forward to downsizing, and maintenance free year-round living. TIA

If I had to summarize the feedback I hear from condo buyers that I help when purchasing, I think it comes down to their priorities. It's just my non-scientific summary, but to me it seems like those that prioritize the biggest view & a boat slip go to Crowne Pointe. Those that prioritize newness of construction go to Stoneview Summit. Those that prioritize the amenities go Harbor Pointe.
