My bill came in today and was higher because of a late payment fee. They said my December payment was made 1/13/20 but I checked my bank statement and my account was credited 1/8\20. They gave me a "one time credit " for the late fee when I called them on it.

Does anyone know who regulates the cable companies? The Public Service Commission does not.
