Was just on a conference call with an attorney I work with in Atlanta. Her family has leased a 10-acre property from Russell Lands for 70 years have been told when their current lease is up they will be going month to month and should plan to be out within 6 to 12 months to make way for the development. Her Mom is in the hunt for a new cabin and property but they recognize there is no way they can afford that much land. Anyway, it looks like they are preparing for the development.

Yes, a lot is riding on Wicker Point development. I'm sure there is a legal requirement to give notice to people currently renting there.
