Joe, while in Geneva, gave Vlad a warning about 16 US targets that were off limits to Russian cyber attack, or else.  Unfortunately, Joe, even with his cue cards, could not remember what they were or what the penalty would be.  He is in the serious throes of senility, very worrisome, but you won't hear anything about it from the MSM.

DJ:  Now c'mon man!  I've got my note cards right here so you can talk to me.  Besides, Jill is listening in just in case I screw this up.  Oh man, now I'm all messed up...where was I?  (Whispering voice in the background..."skip the next two cards and get this over with.  It's almost time for your pudding and a nap").  Uh, ok....now listen up Vlad....

VP:  It's President Putin to you Joey.

DJ:  Well OK, I guess, um, er....oh look, a butterfly by the window....look, its right over.....  What?  Oh yeah, so listen up Mr. President, I need to give you a stern talking to about these ransom weird attacks....what?  Oh yeah, ransomware...whatever the heck that means.
