Went shopping at the local upscale market and saw Kellogg Bran Family Size  for $6.35. Then noted there was a flyer in the lobby with coupons including one for the cereal "buy one get one free". Yes, my buddy Joe convinced them to offer the deal. I immediately thought of CRD...now you can stay regular twice as long and not have to shop with "those" people. Almost forgot...it's Publix.

Thanks for the tip Fish, now how much was a gallon of Horizon Organic whole milk?  Can't eat my Raisan Bran Crunch dry, you know!!!

You should  not be buying the gallon container. Rather, buy the half gallon with the DHA  Omega supplement.
