That the AlexCity city council told the new businesses comming into the area how much they could pay, keeping wages no higher than what Russell is paying. I would like to know if this is true, anybody with any info on this.

I haven't heard that, but I have heard that some of the new businesses are having a lot of trouble finding employees. I have also heard that Tallapoosa County has one of the highest unemployment rates in the state. Something just doesn't add up...
