Dnt know what WP would do....but still see ots of pontoon boats underway and having kids or grownups sitting on the front edge....
this is just plain dumb...or the driver doesnt have the knowledge or guts to tell the sitters to get back in...

And of course the guy with the new large Chapparral boat (about 26 ft) who was riding around the SW pool area...and proceeded to run less than 20 feet in front of me in a turn...I was heading west and he came from the back right...across the bow and then south down past the old time shares towards Church of living waters..

I wonder if I can get away with using a paint ball gun...if they are close enuf to get hit..isnt that too close???

It sounds a little close to me, times have changed on the lake. People used to be courtious on the lake, now they seem to think if its fun do it. Going close to piers and their wake comes over the pier.Fountain boats being on the lake(these can do 90 mph +) I'm afraid there is a accident waiting to happen out there this summer..
Be safe out there..

I think you already know the answer to your paint-ball gun question. Your disposition and bank account would change once you hit someone in the eye.

Similar for me. Was near the rocks Saturday, passed a big monster boat stopped with operator working on something off the back. After I had passed, he fired up and roared by me, within 30-50 feet, leaving a large wake.

When you are stopped, you should let any passing boats clear before charging ahead. Seems like big boat owners can be the most obnoxious.
