Lots of land has been cleared and a new long seawall in place at the end of the slogh past Chucks. Looks like a large new development. Anyone know what they are building?

I know that Auburn at the lake has the listings and you access it from Turner Road and go left at the powerstation I drove into the site and It looked to me as though their would be off water lots with lake access I couldn't find out anymore. Did you also notice the lots just behind Chucks? I heard that there was eight lots for sale there and they have a new concrete seawall inplace. The lots seem extremely steep and small.

Have y'all noticed the land that was cleared next to the old Scrushy house? Any scoop on what they are putting in over there?

Most likely a minimum security prison to house him after his conviction.

Don't think so lamont. I heard that its the site for Mr. Jim Parkman's new cabin. He is Mr. Scrushy's defense attorney. The old Scrushy place will be the maids quarters. All said in jest.

Someone told me that some new condo's were going to be built past Chucks. That is really what we need on the lake -- more people to create more ways.
