There will be no Leap Year in 2006. Those born on Feb. 29th will have to wait until 2008 for their next birthday. This will throw all my antique perpectual calendar clocks off plus no telling what other havoc in today's age of automation?

Leap Years come around every four years: 1996, 2000, 2004, 2008, etc. 2006 was never in the "Leap Year plan," so why would the fact that it's not a Leap Year affect anything designed to recognize a Leap Year?

You are correct WSMS. My post was off base. The correction by scientist to the automic clock simply delays the beginning of the New Years into 2006 by one second.
