Just woundering if the state can make laws to ban the boats on lake martin Where does the river end and lake begain ? can we run at north side ? can we run in the old? river bed ? What will be the fines? Does the state have a right to make rules on the river How far north does the ban go Ga.?

and Southward to the dam. The State can control the river however it sees fit, as it does not flow through any other jurisdiction once it leaves the STate boundary.

They'll use the boundaries of the river bridge at 280 and the Dam to enforce the new law.
