I am looking for an easy way to install a light/lights on my dock. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We searched and searched before we found Lake Lites for our docks in Sunset Cove. They are solar lights that can be attached to posts, etc., and they work really well. The web site is www.lakelite.com if you want to see them. If you'd like to see them 'in person', head over to Sunset Cove in Still Waters and take a look. Our docks are the last ones on the left as you head to the chapel. They are bright enough at night, but not as harsh as electric lights. All our owners love them!

The ones at sunset cove are perfect. Out on the balcony at night it looks like stars...hate bright flood lights.

We have 2 docks, one with 6 slips and one with 12. We put lights on the post in front of each boat slip, so we have 18 lights. We bought a couple of extras 'just in case', but these really are great. The slide show on the web site looks exactly like ours do at night. We didn't use the color feature, but it is easy to change the connectors if you ever want to do that.

About $17 per light if you buy a certain number. $20 or so if you just buy 2. They come in 'twos'. May sound like a lot, but they are really nice and we think it is well worth it. For the 20 we purchased, I think we paid about $400 or so.

Well, they are solar lights. You could take the batteries out if you didn't want them on. The batteries are fitted in the top of the light, and the top is easy to lift off. We got them because we don't have electricity run to our new docks, didn't really want to run electricity to them, but wanted some nice looking lights. These fit on top of the posts the dock is secured to, so they worked well for us.
