484.7'. My new neighbor just built a boat ramp and the water hasn't reached it yet. He loaded up his pier with trees and the needles have turned brown before the water had a chance to cover them. He has about 2' at the end of his pier. I said all this to get to this, you can launch your big, loud, fast boats somewhere else and still have fun. And that's all I got to say about that.

would this happen to be a pet peave of yours? Actually, I get more annoyned with the way folks drive, much more than a big loud boat.

have to extend at least two feet below the bottom of the outdrive. That'll also solve the "fast" issue too.

Everybody keeps talking about the big boat and fast boat issue. Look around nothing is being done. Russell Marine is selling boats, that are longer than the limit, that were not bought, are in their inventory before July 2006. From what I understand the Marine Police are not going to do anything til the law suit is setted anyway. So sit back and enjoy.

Well me too LakeFun about the " way folks drive " part. Just doing a little " stiring ". The only loud boat that has bothered me was the guy from Atlanta that launched across from you last year at 5:30 in the morning and was running up and down the slough at 30mph. Except for that, I ain't got no dog in the fight. When we gonna get to ride in yours?

You are more than welcome to ride anytime. But I have to tell you, I do not own a loud fast boat. I am just one of the people than enjoy the lake.
