Greetings from the real Webmaster. It has been reported to me that on one individual's computer the banner images are not getting generated. Does this happen to anyone else? For example you should see the "Auction..." banner at the top of the page on this forum (also on many other pages). Also the rotating banner to the left of that. Those are some images reported not being served. I would appreciate feedback only if you CAN NOT SEE the banners. Thank you.

Bruce - LOL.

Can see banners fine.

Could it be a Vista issue or IE 7 issue. As our website is having issue with both.

I see your banners fine in IE ver 7.

However, the link below is screwed up with ver 7. I told him his site was screwed up. Here is what I wrote him after I tried other browsers.

Dear Patrick,
Sorry, never mind. I was using the BETA version of Internet Explorer 7 which is not out yet. Your site works great using Internet Explorer version 6, Netscape version 7.2 and Mozzilla Firefox. The problem lies in the style sheet with the term called

a:hover

URL: A site that IE ver 7 does not do right

The person that notified me of the problem did some playing around with his computer and discovered that there is an "Ad Blocking" feature in Norton.

I integrated a commonly known banner ad system into the site so it is probably recognizing it by looking at the URL redirect path. Then stripping out code before it displays in the browser. At least that is an explanation...
