Only thing tonight that needs to be discussed is the lake level. Everything else will take care of itsself.
Issues: why pull lake so far down in the winter.
Why not have other lakes contribute to the down stream flows.
In March the lake dropped after some heavy rain.

The lake level will come and go. Bad planning makes buidings that are forever.
