When I look at the NOAA site, for instance, http://ahps.srh.noaa.gov/ahps2/river.php?wfo=bmx&wfoid=18746&riverid=203907&view=1%2C1%2C1%2C1%2C1%2C1&pt%5B%5D=144931&pt%5B%5D=144930&pt%5B%5D=144932&allpoints=144929%2C142099%2C144931%2C144930%2C144932%2C142125%2C141515&data%5B%5D=hydrograph&data%5B%5D=xml&submit=Make+my+River+Page%21, it looks like the upstream measure and downstream measure spike up, but the lake measure at the dam stays flat. Seems like this has to mean the water runs through which wouldn't happen unless they "opened up" some more at the dam. I could be reading all this wrong, but it's pretty strange to llook up and down the river system at the measures and see Martin Dam the only one not moving. Guess it coul dbe the size of the lake prevents much movement???
