Inotice that it hasn't been below 476 since 1960. I assume that is because of the water supply intakes.

This appears to go against the quote from the newspaper article that says it will fall another 10 feet before October...

If I recall the letter correctly, the apc spokesperson (he has one of those yankee names I wouldn't pretend to be able to spell or pronounce) said that it COULD fall another 10 feet.

With that said, I am taking the stance that the polar ice caps COULD melt and flood parts of the US coastline by October. When it doesn't happen, won't ya'll love me!
