"Water system officials are considering using a barge to pump water from deeper parts of the lake to areas around the intake pipes."


Uhhhhh, can someone splain this? Pumping directly into the intake I can understand, but pumping water from deeper parts of the lake to "areas" around the intake????

It will unless the mfg states it is capable of 60+mph or it has a bathroom!
