I have not been upstream, or even across the "river bridge' in a while, but I can GUARANTEE there is a lot of flotsam coming downstream. There is two years worth that are going to be released with the heavy rains that have already come and even more with rains in the future as the water gets nearer the high banks of the river creeks, and streams that feed the lake. Keep in mind that a lot of crap will be just under the surface, just right for taking out lower units.

We appreciate you regulars who get out and clean up that stuff! I KNow it is not an easy job, but you have done a good job for all the years I have enjoyed the lake. It is amazing how much junk floats up each Spring, and you are right, this year should be a bountiful crop! Thanks again!

Right on LTL!!! We'll also get some strange crud flushed out of other tributary streams to Martin that collects and grows typically during droughts. Sandy Creek is a good example where a large section of Sandy had gobs of horse-hair algae growing. This stuff now is enroute to Osms:-)

I hear that previously sunk beer cans are now floating at or near the surface too.
