This is the quote from ABC ... unless of course they are lying. All part of the vast right wing conspiricy (Famous quote of Hillary about Bill and Monica)

“ABC News will have plenty of time to question her and examine her and spend time with her. We’ll do multiple interviews over two days. No topics are off-limits – there are no ground rules. There will be tons of time to talk to her about every topic.”

Charles Gibson interviewed her. The first part was on World News Tonight, this evening. I understand that another part will be aired on their (ABC) morning show tomorrow and on World News Tonight, tomorrow night.

and your point is? If you are going to contribute, why not say something intelligent or that is not so obvious or well know. Yes, everyone in the US, knows Charlie Gibson is interviewing her. And yes Charlie is on ABC.

But the most interesting part is she did GREAT. Even democrats are saying they would give her a B and some said a B+. One of the news stations played a clip about a question on Pakistan and they was asking the guests about her response and position and made the statement is this the type of foreign policy we can expect with this ticket .... like it was bad. The democrat "Carvel" then said well in defense of Govenor Palin I believe Senetor Obama would agree with that position. Then the news guy backed down. Talk about media bias.

Can't agree with you that she did great. I thought she seemed like she got very irked and flustered at some of the questions. I think any neophyte on national security could see that she was floundering. You must have been watching Fox news commentary... they love their Republicans.

I'm sure she is a fine woman, but she's not ready for the national stage.

And thanks again for saying I'm ignorant. If someone like you thinks I'm ignorant and stupid, well, that speaks for itself... LOL You make me feel like an old timer on the board -- seems that's your highest compliment for everyone on here who doesn't agree with you.

The sad part is ... she has more experience than Obama yet you safe she is not ready for the national stage. And you think Obama is ... he was in the senate for 143 days before he started running for president. Oh very qualified.

BUT ... she is in a position that she can get stronger in the #2 slot.

You liberals act like Obama is running against her. I am sure you would like it that way and your argument may hold water ... but if she does not have enough experience as a Vice President, how is Obama qualified to run as president. Even Biden when he was running (before being picked as #2) said Obama was not qualified and the Presidency (not vice) does not lend itself to on the job training.

The liberals now say well Obama leaned a lot since he has started to run for the president ... and a women can't learn more?

This is such a lame argument.

Ever since Obama strated acting like he is running against Sarah palin he has been falling in the polls. He must be really scared of her or he would not talk about it so much. The more is acts like she is his opponent the faster he falls.

I wonder when it comes time for the debate if he see McCain standing there.

Are you watching the Gibson interviews???? I have this feeling that John McCain is watching the playback, and groaning "what have they done to me..." (I don't think John McCain picked SP -- I think the party leaders picked her. I don't agree with John McCain's vision for the future of the country, but I think he is much smarter than that).

I don't believe Obama thinks he is running against SP. She's getting some bounce right now from the media attention and I'm sure the Dems are trying to counter that.

With Bush's low approval rating and the economy in a slump right now, unemployment rising, etc .... Obama and the democrats should be far ahead. But the facts are he is now behind, never got a convention bounce and his base is solid but it is the far left. That will not get him elected. The country is still center to right. That is why Bush beat Gore in 2000 and killed Kerry in 2004 (yes Bush won 54% of the popular vote ... the most since Regan. Clinton NEVER won 50% of the vote) and McCain / Palin will beat Obama. The democrats to win the white house need to at least be center (like Clinton was) but they keep throwing up left liberals and the country rejects them.

But fear not liberals ... please send your check to pay the extra taxes you would have if Obama got elected to the government. I am sure they will spend it.

go do some research - Bush never won 54% of the popular vote.

You are right, he got 51% of the vote (which is still rare) and Kerry got 48%. Bush won by over 3 million votes. Also one of the largest margins. Clinton wone two terms but never got 50% of the vote and from a popoular vote largest was slightly more than 1 million.

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Hope this makes you feel better. But he still won by a large majority of the popular vote and the highest since Regan.

You've mentioned Reagan in many of your recent posts. Could you please spell his name correctly if you are going to keep mentioning him? Clearly, it's not an oversight or typo!
