See the following for a recent rate announcement by TVA.
"NASHVILLE — The Tennessee Valley Authority will cut the price of electricity in January in response to falling natural gas and other power costs, TVA President Tom Kilgore said today.
After raising rates three times during 2008 because of rising fuel expenses, TVA customers will get a slight reprieve in January from the recent drop in some energy costs."
APC was recently granted a rate increase by the PSC. If TVA is reevaluating its recent rate increase due to cost coming down, why would APC not do a similar thing?
