Sort of Both Grill yes and food is pretty good - limited menu Bar - right now the deal is you can buy beer across the street (100ft) and bring it over in a bucket - you can als bring your own bottle of liquor and drink inside. They have done a nice job on the place also and I recommend a visit

I highly recommend a daytime drive by for your own idea of where to park. NO it is not ideal but there are parking spots near the launch that we have taken advantage of. There are other spots but I would scout them out during daylight hours for your own comfort spot

And from what I understand that is their next order of business is to get the docks up to par for more traffic coming in
