I might come down next weekend. Anyone know how the water temperature is and how the crappie bite has been. Will b camping at wind creek with two kids. Thanks

Went out Sunday. Water was slick, clear and 57degrees that morning. The bite was slow for deep spots and I have a hunch that they are moving up shallow in pre-spawn phase. The gents that throw plastic worms againast the bank would have a better idea about that.
