No smoking but I did grill leg quarters. Half were marinated in Dale's for a couple of hours and the other half just salt and pepper. Ended up vacuuming and freezing several packs for rainy days this winter. Next weekend is the big fish fry for the houseboat Fall Cruise and the weekend after smoked pork for a Rotary Club cruise on Center Hill.
