Looks like the "performance" boat dealers from Montgomery, Prattville, and Jasper want "equal protection" -- here comes Jesse J. to save the day. Better look out dealers, you may get a new state wide speed limit law that will really hurt your sales.

Think I would rather live under a "vague law" than die under a strict law.

Maybe a speed limit is not such a bad idea! I don't think those 90mph bass boats are safe at all, but are leagle under the new law. Also, there are more than boat dealers behind the lawsuit.

Speed, noise and boat size is not the problem on Martin or any other lake. Just my ol country boy opinion.
