Maybe the low water will keep that infernal party boat on the dock! We now return to our regulary scheduled conversation.

I don't know why I just remembered this. And I'm sure some of my facts are incorrect Years ago, when I lived in Kentucky, I went with some friends over to Somerset where these things are made. They gave us a tour of the place and one of the boats they showed us was one that was just purchased by a guy that had won one of the lotteries and it was going to Logan Martin. I remember it having harwood floors. I just wonder if it's the same boat. That had to be back in 94 5 or 6. I had completely forgotten about that when the discussions were going on about it last summer. We have gotten a good bit of rain today. Wonder how Lay Lake and points south will enjoy that? I'm sure it won't stay here.

Someone posted a coosa river dam level comparison on FB and you know everyone keeps saying that everyone else is full or closeer than we are but it also gives the winter levels and outside of Lay - we are in about the same shape everyone else is...... i will see if i can find it again but where we fluctuate 5 ft some of the others only fluctuate a foot or two and are still close to the winter levels. Dont forget to give me a heads up when your flying by the dam.....

You need to check what GA is doing with their water. They don't waste it during a drought year.  ( Whitewater rafting)
