I'm headed to Lakefest specifically to join LMLPA and hope there is a petition to sign. Anybody there? TC

I did too. Tried the fried gator. I asked if it was fresh, like locally caught. The guy looked at me like I was crazy. Tasted like pork chop to me. I'm signed up and met Mike Riley too. Nice guy. I'm looking forward to this. Something I've been meaning to do for a long time. Just never seem to get a round tuit! Peace, TC P.S. The band playing while we were the was good.

Hey Guys,
Enjoyed meeting you and really appreciate you joining LMLPA as the old saying goes there are strength in numbers.  I need to correct something.  Yesterday (Saturday) was the last day for public interest or statement to FERC for the request by APCO to reduce the release from 5,000 cfs to 2,000 cfs.  As you know LMLPA filed comments supporting that request.  Even if this is granted there will be gradual rampdown of the release until it is met.  We should know soon if that request was granted.  If that happens and with the rain(s) we are getting maybe and say just maybe we might start seeing a real increase in the water level.

Also, I hope you enjoyed LakeFest.  LMLPA receives a large donation from LakeFest which in turn helps us complete important projects such as the Lake Cleanup and the Wetlands boardwalk.
