Subject:   Brandon "loan" to his brother lie falling apart
Date:   10/27/2023 3:15:10 PM (updated 10/27/2023 3:30:00 PM)

So we know that brother Jim cut a check to Brandon for $200K after getting a sweetheart "loan" from a bank that wanted favors from the Obama admin.  Said payment was exactly one third of what Jim got from the bank...way more than the Big Guy's usual 10%.  Must have been a big play for that kind of payola.  On the check the amateurs actually wrote "loan repayment".

So many problems with this I don't know where to start.  First, neither Brandon nor his brother Jim can provide proof of the loan.  Either a payment to Jim from Brandon or some sort of loan agreement.  Likely because none exist.  Second, they stupidly stated that the loan amount was $200K.  So even if it were a loan (which it almost certainly wasn't) it was at below market rates and should have been reported as a gift by Brandon and income by Jim.  Apparently neither brother Jim nor Brandon will provide proof that they claimed the gift on their tax returns.....because they can't....because it wasn't  So which is it, a bribe payment or tax evasion? Has to be one or the other.

If you're wondering why they are slow walking us into WW3 and Trump gets indicted every other day this is it.

Meanwhile, Michael Cohen testified that Trump never asked him to inflate the property values.  Should be an immediate dismissal but this judge is class A crazy.

Because it is all a lie.  there was never a loan, and the payment was Joe's cut of the take.  Just because you write "loan payment" on the check doesn't mean a thing.

That Judge in NYC is enjoying the publicity too much to pull the plug.

Gifts of cash are not taxable income. If it were a loan with interest, the brother had to declare  the interest as income. If it were a no interest loan, the lost interest  based on IRS tables would be considered a gift to Joe. The gift exclusion was around $11,000 for each the brother and his wife.

Based on a $200,000 loan and the IRS rate of minimum interest of around 3.5% or $7,000 per year, there would be nothing for either one to file since the gift was under $22,000($11,000 for brother and wife).

If  the entire $200,000 was gift to Joe, he would not owe any tax. However, the brother would have to file a form 709 since the gift exceeded the limit for the year of $22,000. There is a lifetime exemption or around $12,000,000. So, the excess of $178,000 would apply against the $12,000,000. Still no tax unless he has already gifted over $12,000,000.

Easy to sort this one out.  Let's see the $200K Joe sent to Jim and the loan documentation.  Hint....they won't because they can't because it never happened.  But even if this one can be sorted out we are still left with the $20M-$30M paid to Biden family members by foreign governments while he was VP.  I am waiting for more "loan repayments" from his family.......millions of dollars "loaned" by generous Joe, all from a VP salary.  What a generous guy.....SMH.  More likely 10% for the Big Guy.

Something you conviently miss including when discussing the increase in Biden's income and  assets...

  • Former Vice President Joe Biden and his wife, former second lady Jill Biden, reported earning over $16 million since leaving the White House, according to new 2019 tax returns released on Tuesday.
  • The couple reported earning $11 million immediately after leaving the White House in 2017, $4.5 million in 2018, and over $944,000 in 2019.
  • Their tax returns showed they paid over $5.5 million in federal taxes between those three years.
  • Their main sources of income were from book deals they signed after leaving the White House and dozens of speaking engagements, with Joe Biden regularly charging six figures for a single speech.

As I said this could all be resolved if either of the Biden's would provide proof of the loan by proving Joe Biden gave his brother $200K some time before March 2018 when his brother paid him.  Nice if there was a loan agreement but not necessary.  Just show a wire transfer or check cut to Jim Biden from Joe for $200K.  Seems pretty easy to resolve.

But like I said, whatever the outcome of this particular issue he will still have to explain the tens of millions paid to his family.

Just think lots of Trump issues could have been avoided by just putting "loan payment" or "gift" on all the perks he was giving employees which would cover up to 12million in gifts according to GFY!!!!

Would not require any paperwork at all as long as he did not go beyond $22,000 per year and no taxes as long as he did not gift beyond 12 million to one person in a lifetime.

The real probem Goofy has is his penchant for fixating on some obscure aspect when the blaringly obvious reality is staring him in the face.  Willful ignorance is a prime attribute of a leftist.  All the Biden's have to do is show the prior exchange of $200K from Joe to his brother and this all goes away.  That they won't...likely because they can't.....renders meaningless all his prattling about gifts and all the payola Joe got after he left the VP job.

We don't really care about that, what we care about is the tens of millions paid to his family and the 10% he got in exchange for favors like getting the Ukranian prosecutor canned.
