Have readers on this forum noticed the term "alleged" used by Attorney General Holder when referring to the mass murderer Maj. Hasan. This is the man who was shot by police at the scene, witnessed by other military personnel firing shots, and currently under arrest.
This is a case where the military's firing squad needs to be in training for executing a man strapped to a chair. The fact that he is now paralyzed has nothing to do with the sentence that should be imposed on this "alleged" mass murderer. This should not take 25 years.

Our judicial system still says you are innocent until proven guilty. I am sure that is why he is saying it ... once the guy is convicted (the sooner the better) he should get a very slow painful death.
What I want to know is how he wound up on Obama's hand picked transition team for homeland security ... and why the media is not talking about that or asking questions as to how or why he was picked for the team. What connection or knowledge of him existed that he got tapped to be on the team?
