corpsman... a navy medic. There is no inoculation or infusion which will mitigate arrogance, short of one which results in death.
However, according to B. F. Skinner, "Any behavior may be modified by a significant emotional event. The key work is significant." (I may not have quoted him exactly.)
Obama's significant emotional event will be repudiation... rejection by the country he is trying to con... rebuke by the very populous he distains.
