The Pretender goads the Republicans to try and appeal his health care reform law. He says that the American people will not stand for taking away their new (and expensive) benefits.
"You cannot legislate the poor into freedom by legislating the wealthy out of freedom. What one person receives without working for, another person must work for without receiving. The government cannot give to anybody anything that the government does not first take from somebody else. When half of the people get the idea that they do not have to work because the other half is going to take care of them, and when the other half gets the idea that it does no good to work because somebody else is going to get what they work for, that my dear friend, is about the end of any nation. You cannot multiply wealth by dividing it." (Dr. Adrian Rogers - 1931-2005)
I would like to see a referendum on health care reform. The Republicans could propose a reform bill and the Democrats could propose a reform bill. Congress and the President could then proceed to reform based on a mandate from the voters.

Hey Maj. Is this just a re-state of what Ben. Franklin said 140 or so years earlier. About true Democracy-(Mob Rules) when half of the country realizes that it can vote money out of the hands of the minority this Republic will cease to stand.
"eyes to see, ears to hear" we have a new king of england and he is in the White House
We need another Patrick Henrey
